Rejoice in negative thoughts
Way to connect to G-d
Push away negativity
Alter rebbe says: sadness comes from arrogance
You don't know your place
Someone who had negative thoughts can't be a tzaddik
Alter rebbe says if: "don't get upset cuz not tazddik, if only would become beinoni"
**Message**- focus on being who you are and be that in the best possible way with best positive attitude;
Why focus on who we're not, and get upset about it....just an ego trip
**catch the negativity and divert attention to push them away; thrust negative thought out of mind
**importance of patience**
Note of "pushing away with two hands- 'catch, ignore, divert'"
Be MINDFUL
When negative thought enters mind today, catch right away- you can push away with two hands and be happy--THAT'S how to connect to G-d
