One HEALTH item
Some of my favorite health items/guidelines, reiterated, combined in one place:
^Best times to eat those foods: 
Breakfast- APPLE, TOMATOES
Lunch- BANANA, NUTS, MEAT
Snack- ORANGE
Dinner- YOGURT (NON-DAIRY)

^Set times for eating, and what to eat (for good digestion, etc):
6am-12pm (AM)- lemon water and coffee
12pm-8pm- egg whites, salad, proteins/chicken, beef, non-dairy yogurt
8pm-6am (nighttime)- lemon water/tea only (if anything)

^ For "glowy" skin:
Broccoli, Spinach, Green tea, Grapefruit, Salmon, Carrots..
(if you like avocado & olive oil, those as well..)

Eating COLORFUL foods--fruits and veggies--inner health, to outside health/beauty.

One FASHION tip

Bold, chic, cool, simple, yet stylish


One JUDAISM tip or Jewish notes/inspiration or teaching
Embarrassment v. Shame
Not letting the ego take over
Focus on improving character and the soul, and doing good.

Struggle we have is greater than work of tzaddikim
Light out of darkness
Our struggle is everything to G-d
Life constant battle again negative thoughts
Global battle for good and evil is also in our minds
Our daily struggle to push away negativity 
Partners with G-d to shine light in darkness and transform the world
Reframe negative thoughts
Because each time we do, then we bring the geula closer.
