Hard-work/persistence and happiness are my two guiding lights, which I hope to use to help others journey through life. It’s not the destination itself (or “end point”) that is the ultimate destination, it is the journey itself which is the true destination.
Background and Expertise: BA from University of Maryland in Communications (general, theory, research skills, rhetoric, advocacy, visual communication, presentation skills, public speaking, and more!); Currently pursuing Georgetown MA Professional Studies in Integrated Marketing Communication (research, understanding audience, branding, team/group collaboration, presentations, speaking skills, leadership, moral good, learning about and from top influencers and people in the field— eg marketing, branding, motivational speaking, and more!)
Tools: Support from family and friends😊, of course amazing professors and influencers, work colleagues, personal interests (Pinterest finds, LinkedIn influencers/people to admire, WhatsApp connections/inspirations, etc.)
Overall, here to showcase and help young women who desire peace and harmony in their life, get the confidence they need to go out into the world and achieve “XYZ” action.
What this means in practice? This would apply to you if you desire:
*All encompassing peace
*Increase in day-to-day happiness
*Confidence to feel good about self and do better in work life, relationships, social circles, and more.
Whether you’re seeking more fulfillment in areas of nutrition, health & beauty, fashion, or you feel alone and need guidance, this is the place for you. It is here that ideas will be shared, and more, to hopefully inspire you and others. It is my hope that I can collaborate with like minded people as well, and can utilize this site as a catalyst for change (both change for individuals personally, and for larger circles in communities, and beyond).
P.S.--Here are particular things I hope to blog/Instagram about daily (the goal). My instagram is minna_chana_18, which I hope to tie into this blog. I hope to include blog photos and/or photos of notes, of each of the following, daily (at least):
- One HEALTH item
- One FITNESS item
- One BEAUTY tip

The point of all of this being MINDFULNESS.
