If want to look good on the outside, ensure you are feeding your body such that all goes right inside too (& so that can feel good too, of course!)
Plate should be filled with mostly veggies, portion of protein, & maybe portion of quinoa/rice cakes if want (gluten free), and good glass of water to drink BEFORE your meal. A red apple, and broccoli/leafy greens is always a plus :)
This can be a good lunch .Two slices hard boiled eggs, cucumber, tuna, red apple slices, pistachios

Mindfulness is SO important in Judaism. Once again, we may not always be able to control the situation, but can control our response, choices we make, habits, who we choose to surround ourselves with, and trying to maintain good qualities/character traits and avoiding negative ones (e.g. importance of patience, not getting angry easily, etc.)
