One HEALTH item
Helpful tips if looking to cut calories: fast some mornings (can be good for digestion actually), 1/2 plate veggies, 1 big salad/day, smaller plates...
Love this-- "Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." -Jim Rohn
DAILY GOALS: 9000 steps; 8 hrs sleep; 7 glasses water; 6 minutes mediation; focus on colorful veggies, breaks for stretching, small meals throughout the day better than larger meals, less technology before bed (e.g. 2 hrs. no phone before bed), 1 session exercise.
Drink water BEFORE your meal, more proteins, brush teeth after eating, don't eat out of the package, high volume low calories foods= good, use smaller plates (once again :))

One JUDAISM tip or Jewish notes/inspiration or teaching
We can't always control 'the situation', but our thoughts and our mood, which heavily influences everything.
It is SO important to not be quick to judge. We should rather look inside ourselves where we can make improvements in this world as individuals.
