One HEALTH item
-Drink yo’ lemon water
+ginger
and/or lime water
= GREAT
-Go grocery shopping weekly (Never miss a week, as want to ensure always have proper healthy foods in the house)
-Focus on WHOLE, healthy foods mostly, simple, plain (not so good to get the ready made egg salads/other greasy foods; best to COOK your own foods/put together your own healthy/simple meal plan).
One FITNESS item
-Do at least half an hour exercise daily
-Yoga and/or dance is a definite PLUS!
One BEAUTY tip
-Fruit-infused water is also GREAT for skin/glowy/bright skin
One FASHION tip
-Just like nutrition and beauty and health, fashion is a way for you to shine! Wear clothes that make you happy :-)), dress in confidence, organize your clothes and room and shelves in such a way that can pick out clothes better (the simpler, sometimes, the better!). Even having a few less items, but more amazing, and things you can dress up with different necklaces, other jewelry, is a definite plus!

One JUDAISM tip or Jewish notes/inspiration or teaching
-Balance of confidence and humility
-Happiness comes from INSIDE (Question: what makes you happy?) Might not be life’s goal, but can help you get through life better/with more peace and confidence, etc.
