Benoni- constant fight of G-d vs. self
World divided to 2: things that submit to G-d and things that don't
Holding self back from saying inane things- politics, shopping, etc. (world things of no real substance but things we get pleasure of discussing, and hold selves back from thinking of something worldly)..
Why important?
Alter rebbe- sensitive selves to holiness; even for short while, mindfulness - (put phone down for 3 min, mindful moment of put off eating piece of cake for even a moment), bending...makes glory and holiness of G-d ascend abundantly on high)
Realize what ur doing- releasing abundant G-dly energy into the world.
