Day of Aug 21, 2019

Hi everyone! Has been a super super busy semester! But have soo missed blogging, so thought time to come back 'at it a bit ;-)


One HEALTH item
Above is one of my side passions. I recently discovered it over this past semester, among several other things including interior design, fashion (have always know that :)), and more!

One FITNESS item

For pre or post-workout, I love having morning shakes. I also love coffee. I came upon this image on Pinterest, and thought what cool inspiration to make an ICED COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE! For all those coffee lovers, may want to try this too :-)

One BEAUTY tip

For AMAZING undereye concealer, check this out--Bare Minerals, from Macy's. Make sure to get the correct one for your specific skin tone. But it's awesome makeup! And love Macy's!! Especially the makeup/cosmetics/beauty department :) 

Tresemme Hair Spray--recommend for its amazing after-smell. Don't spray too much though.


One FASHION tip
This is kinda cool. There is this business owner at the nearby mall by me who goes to several fashion shows. Look at this super interesting display, particularly my sister and I noticed the newspaper shirt!! Wow. The business owner mentioned the ideas come from touring the country and getting ideas from all these shows.

One JUDAISM tip or Jewish notes/inspiration or teaching
Have you discovered your road/"tikkun" yet? If not, don't worry. However long it takes, pray that Hashem guide you on the CORRECT path, where you have the most clarity to fulfill whatever your desired mission or goals in life.

This is one is SO important. Definitely maybe not stated enough. So important to bear in mind always. And to always be cognizant Hashem is watching over, and we should constantly strive to do GOOD in this world.

One HEALTH item:

Get your sleep! Beauty sleep, 'feel good' sleep, whatever you want to call it :p
Sleep is one of the BEST things you can do for your body, among other things of course.

One FITNESS item:

Make it a goal to exercise DAILY. Best time is in the MORNING, for at least HALF an hour.

One BEAUTY tip:

Eat whole foods, nutritious, go grocery shopping weekly and have the right foods/food alternatives in the house, opt for actually cooking! your own food, cook plain foods (don't use so many sauces/ 'strange' ingredients)...though that may be relative/opinions may vary :p

One FASHION tip:

The t-shirt, cool/flowy skirt' is a new favorite of mine. Also, this army styled dress (Athleta) pictured below.








One JUDAISM tip or Jewish notes/inspiration or teaching:

Find yourself a teacher/mentor or friend you look up to. Continue to be inspired, and to inspire others.

Learn to cook!; Better to cook than to get store-made :-)

An apple a day keeps the doctor away :) Good start to the morning, especially if planning on doing a 30 minute or more workout in the AM.

Make it a goal to have one salad a day also. Will make for -hopefully- glowy skin :) 



One FASHION tip

SHOES are your OPPORTUNITY to make a statement. And some nice leaking sneaks (a bit different :)) for when going to the gym :) I like the pink more, from the two pictured below.

One HEALTH item

-Drink yo’ lemon water
+ginger
and/or lime water
= GREAT


-Go grocery shopping weekly (Never miss a week, as want to ensure always have proper healthy foods in the house)

-Focus on WHOLE, healthy foods mostly, simple, plain (not so good to get the ready made egg salads/other greasy foods; best to COOK your own foods/put together your own healthy/simple meal plan).


One FITNESS item
-Do at least half an hour exercise daily
-Yoga and/or dance is a definite PLUS!

One BEAUTY tip
-Fruit-infused water is also GREAT for skin/glowy/bright skin


One FASHION tip
-Just like nutrition and beauty and health, fashion is a way for you to shine! Wear clothes that make you happy :-)), dress in confidence, organize your clothes and room and shelves in such a way that can pick out clothes better (the simpler, sometimes, the better!). Even having a few less items, but more amazing, and things you can dress up with different necklaces, other jewelry, is a definite plus!
